1st Stage – Consultation
Southwest Tax Relief will discuss with each client to understand their issues and tax problems. Southwest Tax Relief will listen to each client to be able to then take their issues through the tax resolution process to achieve a fresh start.
2nd Stage – Investigation and Analysis
Southwest Tax Relief will reach out to the Internal Revenue Service and obtain transcripts and records of accounts and review clients documents to be able to come up with the best plan of action. Each case is unique and requires in depth analysis of each clients specific facts and circumstances to then determine the best tax resolution strategy that fits the clients wants and needs.
3rd Stage – Stage Implement the tax resolution strategy
Southwest Tax Relief will put into play the best plan of action based on the prior stages consultation, investigation and analysis to achieve tax resolution and fresh start. This process may be disputing with the IRS that don’t owe them what they say the client owes, or arguing that can’t afford to pay the IRS what they owe and doing a settlement with the IRS if qualifies, or maybe the time the IRS has to collect is about to fall off or potentially bankruptcy is an option. Each tax resolution strategy is tailored to each clients specific facts and circumstances as one size does not fit all in tax resolution.
4th Stage – Fresh Start
Southwest Tax Reliefs main goal is a fresh start for each clients tax problems. After completing the stages this is the ultimate goal of resolution.
